Live-streaming chaos at a Nonthaburi hospital ended with a man claiming doctors hid vital X-rays and implanted a tracking chip in his head being transferred to Srithanya Psychiatric Hospital after a psychiatric assessment pointed to a need for clinical intervention.
A 31-year-old man live-streamed a dramatic confrontation inside a Nonthaburi hospital as he demanded X-ray films he claimed would expose a police assault, accused doctors of replacing vital evidence and insisted they had implanted a tracking device in his head. The standoff forced police and security guards to intervene before violence erupted. However, doctors said metal plates inserted to repair a shattered facial bone had fuelled the belief and, after a psychiatric assessment, transferred him to Srithanya Psychiatric Hospital instead of pursuing criminal proceedings with the police.
A 31-year-old man stormed Phra Nangklao Hospital in Nonthaburi demanding X-ray films he claimed would prove a police assault. Instead, the confrontation ended with doctors ordering his transfer to Srithanya Psychiatric Hospital after concluding he required specialist psychiatric treatment.
Police from Rattanathibet Police Station rushed to the hospital after receiving reports of a fight in the hallway leading to the main building. The incident unfolded in Bang Krasor Subdistrict, Mueang Nonthaburi District. By the time officers arrived, hospital security guards were already trying to separate two men locked in a furious argument.
Meanwhile, one of the men was broadcasting the confrontation live on social media. He repeatedly accused hospital doctors of hiding and altering X-ray films. He insisted the images were critical evidence in a criminal case. According to his claims, officers from Bang Bua Thong Police Station assaulted him at his home and fractured his jaw.

The argument escalated within moments. Both men traded insults at close range. Soon afterwards, they almost came to blows in front of hospital staff and visitors. Security guards moved in first. Police followed immediately and prevented the confrontation from turning violent.
Officers then escorted the live-streaming man into a separate room. There, they attempted to calm him while hospital staff explained the circumstances surrounding his treatment.
The man, identified only as Mr. A, a pseudonym, said he had come to collect the original X-ray films. He insisted they were essential evidence for legal proceedings. However, he claimed hospital staff had replaced them with fake images.
He further alleged the hospital had acted in collusion with police officers. According to Mr. A, the alleged substitution placed him at a serious disadvantage in his legal battle.
In addition, Mr. A made another extraordinary claim. He insisted doctors had implanted a tracking chip inside his head during treatment. Therefore, he said he had returned to recover the genuine X-ray films and expose what he described as unfair practices. Throughout the confrontation, he continued broadcasting live to more than 100,000 followers.
Hospital rejects claims and says facial surgery left patient believing screws were a tracking device
Hospital staff firmly rejected every allegation. Instead, they outlined the medical treatment provided after the patient’s facial injury. According to the hospital, Mr. A suffered a shattered bone beneath the eye socket. Doctors repaired the fracture by inserting metal plates. They also used screws where necessary to secure the damaged bone.
Notably, hospital staff said the surgical hardware later became the focus of the patient’s concerns. Doctors explained that he became convinced the plates and screws were a tracking device. As a result, they said he developed significant anxiety linked to that belief.
In response, doctors carried out a medical assessment following the disturbance. They concluded the patient was suffering from a psychiatric condition. Consequently, they decided specialist psychiatric treatment was necessary.
Rather than referring the matter for criminal proceedings, doctors arranged for Mr. A to be transferred to Srithanya Psychiatric Hospital. The decision followed their clinical assessment after the confrontation inside the hospital.
Police restore order as psychiatric transfer ends dramatic confrontation without arrests or reported injuries
Separately, police confirmed officers restored order without making any arrests. No injuries were reported during the incident. The confrontation ended after officers separated those involved and secured the area.
As part of the hospital’s explanation, doctors again stated the metal plates and screws were medically necessary to stabilise the shattered facial bone. They said the implants formed part of routine surgical treatment for that type of injury.

On another front, hospital staff said the patient’s belief in a tracking chip caused psychological distress. They added that the belief ultimately disrupted normal operations inside the hospital.
The incident concluded with police leaving the matter in the hands of medical specialists. Instead of entering the criminal justice system, Mr. A was transferred to Srithanya Psychiatric Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
