Our customer service policy is to do everything possible to make Thai Examiner work positively for you. We promise to treat all our customers with respect and to behave sincerely and positively at all times putting service at the heart of our work.

Our Thai Examiner customer service is to make all our services of maximum benefit to our users and advertiser and to provide these services in an easy-to-use and convenient manner. We are also committed to observing not just the terms or legislation concerning consumer rights but also the spirit of such provisions.

Our service includes:

A guarantee of full supporting information, help sections and clarification on all aspects and provisions of our services including Premium memberships and advertising packages.

  • A commitment to timely service response and excellence in customer service.
  • Where something has gone wrong or we fail to meet these standards we will offer a full, comprehensive and honest explanation to the customer.
Thai Examiner Refund Policy:

All our paid-for services are marketed through AtlanticThai Premium Sales LTD., a wholly-owned Irish subsidiary based in Cork Ireland. Ireland is part of the European Union and therefore all service contracts are governed by EU law as well as the law of the Republic of Ireland.

Under the provisions  and guidelines laid down by the EU in June 2014, the following is our refund policy and service approach:

  • All users including consumers and advertisers may change their minds within 7 days of the contract and the fee will be reimbursed. The contract is dated from the date of the order or payment processed through our system. The reimbursed fee will be processed within 24 to  48 hours by our company.
  • We have provided full guidance and explanation of our services to our users and advertisers in various Help and Information sections within the site and throughout the pages explaining all aspects of the site’s working and the services we offer.
  • We offer a Standard membership for users to view the Premium membership service and test the working of the website. We also provide advertising proposals and quotes by email to all advertisers through our advertising sales support staff.
  • A refund for a portion or all of the service fee will also be available to users after 7 days when it can be shown that any adverse consequences were caused by our neglect or failure to rectify a  situation. The amount refunded will be based on a reasonable assessment.

All contracts are entered into on a voluntary basis between the ThaiExaminer for both advertising and Premium membership services. For Premium membership services that are automatically renewed, we will inform the user 10-12 days prior to the charge by email and online reminder. The contract may be cancelled at any time during that period or for 7 days after the charge is applied under EU provisions.
